The Cloud Baker’s Midnight Muffins

High above the whispering winds and skies so bright,
Lived Clement the cloud, who baked through the night.
Not just any baker, his craft was supreme,
Fluffy muffins so soft, they were more than a dream.

With pots of stardust and moonlight’s glow,
He whipped up wonders in the kitchen of snow.
A splash of rainbow, a pinch of cheer,
His muffins brought joy to all far and near.

Each evening he worked in his fluffy domain,
Creating magic to ease the stars’ strain.
“One for Orion! Two for Cassiopeia!”
He called with a grin, spreading sweet euphoria.

One dim-lit night, a star named Nova came,
Her light was so faint, it barely held flame.
“Why so glum?” asked Clement with care,
As Nova sighed deeply, floating mid-air.

“I’ve lost my sparkle,” she said with a tear,
“No one sees me; I’ve vanished, I fear.”
Clement then nodded and reached for his tray,
“Let’s fix that,” he said in his cheerful way.

He added a dash of hope to his mix,
A sprinkle of courage, a magical fix.
“Here’s a muffin, now take a bite,
And watch your glow return to the night.”

Nova took a nibble, her light grew bright,
A soft little shimmer turned into starlight.
The heavens rejoiced as her glow unfurled,
Nova became the brightest in the world.

“Thank you, Clement!” she twinkled with glee,
“Your kindness has truly set me free.”
Clement just smiled, his wisdom profound,
“When kindness is shared, it circles around.”

From that night on, the stars would convene,
In Clement’s kitchen, a magical scene.
They brought stardust and comet crumbs too,
Creating flavors both wondrous and new.

And so they baked, through the night’s embrace,
Filling the sky with joy and grace.
Clement the cloud and his friends from afar,
Spread kindness and light to every star.

As you drift off to sleep, let this story take flight,
And dream of the muffins that glow in the night.
Remember, like Clement, to share and be kind,
For it brightens the world and eases the mind.
